Used this to make simple curtains (casings with three inch headers, 2 inch hems, lined with white poly-cotton also bought here) for the new kitchen and bathroom. Easy to sew, resulting curtains wash well with no fading or ‘running’ (40C ‘synthetics’ setting); the fabric dries dry quickly and after a light pressing the curtains are ready to go back on the windows.
