Stylearc Lea Knit Wrap Dress
Fabric used: viscose jersey, black with a small white floral(ish) motif. Bought earlier this year at the Bournemouth branch.
Stylearc are an Australian company who do hard copy patterns, but I bought the download version as I didn’t want to wait for it to come all that way.
The fabric works well in this pattern as it needs something with good drape; the downside is that it’s quite fine and you can see a little fade/show-through where it stretches over the bust.
Many wrap dresses have a lot of fabric in the skirt but this is more of a slight A-line and for anything up to about a UK RTW size 16, you can get it out of 2m of 150cm width knit fabric. Next up is a ponte roma version with the collar.
