Fabric Land Delivery Information

Fabric Land pride ourselves as having the best prices for Fabric and Haberdashery in the UK. We want to make sure that our prices remain low and for that reason we are currently unable to offer our customers free delivery. If you would prefer to click and collect. This will allow you to order your goods online as normal and pick them up from any one of our 5 retail stores or our Warehouse/ Head office throughout the south of England. Our courier company deliver from 8am until 6pm weekday’s, and will require a signature on delivery. Always feel free to call us as we may be able to make the postage cheaper. As this is an on line site, it is hard to work out all the weights of the fabric’s for the benefit of our customers so please call for a better quote on the postage. We open at 8am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

We aim to process orders within 72 hours. When you have received an email informing you that your order has been completed, your order has been despatched. This does depend on the items being in stock, if you need it quicker please ask, we may be able to help. We can advise you if out of stock at the time of order, and when it will be back in.

When choosing click and collect please bring with you photo ID (Driving Licence etc). Depending on how you paid, please also bring:
  • Credit/Debit Card - please bring ID and payment card used to pay with
  • Paypal - please bring your email confirmation from Paypal & ID.
  • BACS - please bring ID.
Please also bring the email confirmation from your order (either show us on your phone or print it out). We will send you a separate text or email with a reference number when your order is ready to collect.*This is not the email you receive when the order is complete.You will need to show us the text/email when you pick up your order.Please allow 7 working days (Monday - Friday) for your order to reach the store. *Please keep in mind public holidays will interrupt this and will take longer for the order to reach the store.*Unfortunately we are unable to allow anyone else but the named person on the order to pick up the items. Your order will be held in-store for 10 working days before they are returned to head office.

Delivery will be to the address specified in your order. If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the Products will be retained by the delivery company for a reasonable period of time and then returned to us.

Conditions of sale: The Distance Selling Regulation gives consumers certain rights. However, please note that any fabric or cut trimming is supplied to you as a custom made length. (It has been cut to the customer’s specification) and you do not have the right to return the item(s) if it/they are unsuitable. This does not affect your statutory rights under the faulty goods act.

Being in line with the distance selling regulation rules. When we take it back You do have to pay the postage on the returning of your goods and the receiving of your goods.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Return shipping costs and the risk of loss of all products are your responsibility until received by us.

The consumer protection (direct selling) regulations do not apply to orders placed or delivered to an address outside the UK.

Our usual exchange and refund policy does not apply to made-to-order or made-to-measure products, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
