How to redeem your voucher:

You can redeem our vouchers in any of our branches and our online store.

In store:

You must present your voucher in store to use on any purchase.

Online:

If you wish to use your voucher on our online store you will need to phone us on 01425 461444 to place an order, you will then need to send the voucher to our head office address with a cover note. As soon as we receive the voucher we will call you to confirm and process your order.

NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THE PHYSICAL COPY OF YOUR VOUCHER.
