Butterick Sewing Pattern 6989 Vintage 1950’s playsuit, blouse, and skirt pattern. Bare shouldered playsuit has round neckline, no waist seam, buttons circling hipline and little boy shorts. Boxy over blouse with stand-up collar; below-elbow sleeves button on to playsuit. Full skirt does the same. Collar matches skirt. Authentic Vintage Reproduction includes additional sizes and cutting layouts.
