Products first – all really clearly pictured and price breaks are easy to understand. From craft items like felt, to fabric by the yard, I have never once been disappointed.
Company next – if there are things you need to speak to a human about, rather than try and find the answer on the website the call head office. All the members of staff I have spoken to know their products and are polite and helpful.
